Working with us

Every single person that works with us plays a vital part in providing the highest possible levels of patient care. Whether directly treating a patient, dispensing medicines, analyzing specimens, maintaining equipment, filing records or making sure the environment is clean, safe and welcoming, you are contributing to a more positive patient experience for the residents of Tameside and Glossop.

We have recognised that by creating the right conditions for our staff to flourish, we will deliver the best possible care for patients.

Our approach builds upon the commitments and aspirations set out in the NHS Constitution (2009):

“The highest quality of patient care is delivered by staff who are ambitious in their expectations of themselves and their colleagues, and strive to achieve beyond what is legally required of them.”
