We believe that your feedback - good or bad - is essential to improving our services.

Please tell us what was good and what could be improved, say thanks or call for change by using their feedback forms.

Your feedback on these national websites is routinely evaluated by the relevant staff and teams in the Trust and is used to help improve our services.

We want to ensure that you have the best possible experience of care. The Friends and Family test is a way of gathering your feedback about this experience and helping to drive improvement in services.

When you receive care you will be given the opportunity to give your feedback by answering a simple question about your experiences.

The information will also give Tameside Hospital invaluable information on what patients think of services, which can be helped to make improvements.

In accordance with the  Data Protection Act 1998 and the Access to Health Records Act 1990,  individuals have a right to apply for access to health information held about them and, in some cases, information held about other people.
