Nicola said that she is delighted to have been awarded the position as head of midwifery and cannot wait to get started. Nicola officially starts her new role on 1st October, although she is already getting to grips with the new responsibilities involved in this position.

Pauline Jones, chief nurse, added: We are delighted to have secured Nicola as our new head of midwifery. I am sure she will use all of her skills and experience to take the service forward and guide it into the new era of integrated care in Tameside and Glossop.”
