Welcome to this month’s blog. I hope that you found last month’s update a useful summary of the work we are undertaking as part of the Care Together programme.
We are happy to announce that the results to the Annual staff survey have been published today. We would like to thank those of you who participated and can announce that the results are very positive. We have seen a marked improvement in a large number of areas. There have been no significant areas of deterioration since 2014. The Trust has scored in the Highest (best) 20% for 21 of the 32 Key Findings and there are a total of 4 areas where we scored in the Lowest (best) 20%. These are amazing results and shows the continued improvement journey here at Tameside.
