The Annual Members Meeting will be taking place at Werneth House at Tameside Hospital on 30th October 2014.
The Tameside Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is running a 7 day Perfect Week from 20th to 26th October 2014. The main purpose of the week is to work throughout the trust and across the Health economy with partners from the CCG, NWAS, Community Services, General Practice, Mental Health and the Local Authority to concentrate efforts on ensuring patients flow through the health system in the safest and most efficient way possible.
As part of improving the experience of our patients with dementia Tameside Hospital has initiated activity boxes for each ward. These have been put into use recently on the hospital wards and are being used to engage patients. The activity boxes are part of a person-centred approach to dementia care.

Ken Martin and David Faulkner both from Denton visited Tameside hospital earlier this month to hand over a cheque to the Cardiac Rehab Physio Department for £1,040. The donation is from the 'Billy Fury Tribute Concert' which was held at Denton West End W.M.C. in May this year.
